I came up with the idea of this particular cake when a customer wanted one for 2 of her dogs that had birthdays close together. One was a large pitty who loved hard treats and one was a small mixed breed who liked softer treats.

Best of both worlds with a cake both of them could eat surrounded by crunchy hearts for the older dog.

Unfortunately, the client didn't get any photos of them eating the cake; she said it was devoured the moment she sat it down for them!

Obviously dog approved 💖

Funny Story...
As I was going through old photos on my phone, I came across a picture I had taken of my VERY FIRST attempt at homemade dog treats. I was not a baker by any means, but I was determined to make healthy and nutritious treats for my ailing dog. The recipes have improved as well as the look and taste of the treats.

I continuously look for new recipes and CLever ways to present the treats and hope to have some new items rolling out soon.
