I think it was Craigslist back in those days, this is decades ago, I answered an ad even though I knew I didn't have the money, but I really wanted an Andalusian. Went and rode this boy and his owner and I hit it off, I explained I didn't have the money for him and she loved the connection I had with him & the kindness in my riding so she proposed I have him. We kept in communication, she came to our shows and to watch my students show him. He ultimately lived out his days with one of my students and only knew kindness his whole life 💕
I found old files lost in a computer that we finally paid to have extracted and saw him...wow, what a hind leg! I don't think I appreciating it enough at the time!!

Terrific day judging in Natural Bridge, VA! Weather started out in the 30's and warmed to cozy 50's, had a great scribe, Meg and lovely manager Hillary Rapier!

Really fun rides to judge and everyone seemed to be enjoying their gorgeous horses!
