Whit's Miss Priss is anything but your average chestnut mare. This athletic, 15.1 hand Georgian Grande cross is a fun, forward-thinking partner with a willing attitude and an outstanding work ethic.

Miss Priss loves to jump and confidently tackles anything she's pointed at. She is developing beautifully in the ring and has proven to be a sensible, enjoyable ride on the trails as well. With many made hunt horses throughout her family tree, we suspect she would easily take to the hunt field. Whether you're looking for a jumper prospect, an all-around partner, dressage , Eventer or a horse to bring along for foxhunting, Miss Priss has all the right ingredients.

She is a pleasure to ride and even more of a joy to have in the barn. Kind, willing to please, and no maintenance. Miss Priss is currently barefoot and up to date on all care.

Two Exceptional Georgian Grande yearling colts

Offered for your consideration are two Georgian Grande yearling colts by Whittling Ridge’s Whit's Whipperwill. Both are out of Saddlebred mares.
These colts represent a proven cross—both mares are on the property and can be viewed, along with several of their half-siblings who have gone on to excel as hunt horses, eventers, and dressage mounts. These crosses are known for their kind dispositions and consistently produce amateur-friendly mounts with excellent minds and movement.

🐎 Now Hiring Stable Help – No Experience Needed! 🐎

We’re looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join our barn team! If you love horses and want hands-on experience, this could be a great fit.

Starting Positions (No Experience Required)
✔ On-the-job training provided�✔ Duties include:
Cleaning stalls
Feeding and watering horses
Handling horses
Hay, graining, and blanketing
General barn chores

🐴 Riding Lessons Available!�Employees may pay for lessons or apply earned work compensation toward riding lessons.

🕒 Schedule
AM feeding: approximately 3 hours
PM feeding: 2–3 hours depending on weather
Weekday and weekend shifts available
Weekend help especially needed

Primary Positions (Experience Required)
Ideal for someone with prior horse care experience.

✔ Must be able to:
Identify injured or sick horses and notify management immediately
Perform basic wound care
Administer oral medications
Manage full feeding schedules with attention to detail
🐎 Riding & Training Opportunities Available�Experienced equestrians who can positively contribute to a horse’s training may be eligible for additional compensation.
