Ok, I've been seeing more and more lost dogs after they've been left in the care of a pet sitter. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE if you must temporarily put your pet in somebody else's care, be sure to choose somebody who is familiar with dog behavior and fully understands the precautions that need to be taken. It may be more convenient, cheaper, easier to just use a relative, friend, or the new dog sitter down the street, but those can very easily end up being bad options. A professional boarding facility is a much better choice for keeping your pet safe and secure.
