There are some dogs who leave paw prints on your heart, and then there are dogs like Brutus, who become part of the foundation of your dreams.

It is with incredibly heavy hearts that we share that we have said goodbye to our sweetest boy, Brutus. He belonged to my sister and brother-in-law and business partners here at Vanity Fur, but he was so much more than that. He was family to all of us and one of the biggest inspirations behind the dream of opening Vanity Fur.

From the very beginning, Brutus was part of this journey. His gentle spirit, unconditional love, and sweet personality reminded us every day why we do what we do. He touched the lives of everyone who had the privilege of meeting him, and his absence leaves a space that can never truly be filled.

While our hearts are broken, we are so grateful for every memory, every wag of his tail, and every moment we were lucky enough to share with him.

Brutus, thank you for being our inspiration, our comfort, and one of the greatest loves of our lives. You will forever be a part of Vanity Fur, and you will be forever loved, forever remembered, and forever missed.

Run free over the Rainbow Bridge, sweet boy. Until we meet again. 🌈🐾💙

Miss. Koko, you are so loved and were such a light to this world thank you for allowing me to be your groomer for all these years my heart hurts, thank you for all the snuggles and kisses I love you so much 💕 sad day here at Vanity Fur we truly love and adore your fur babies like our own 🐾🌈☁️

Beyond grateful for the generosity and amount of donations we have already received for I will be continuing to collect donations till the end of December if anyone has anything else they would like to donate! Thank you all so much for your kindness and help to make the animals stay at the shelter feel as close to home as it can till they find their forever homes! 💕

Hello everyone! I have also received a letter from the Natick Animal Control Office and they're are also seeking donations for their disaster response plan to help pets whom are impacted!
