We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Petfinder Foundation (Petfinder Foundation ) for awarding us a 2025 Emergency Medical Grant to help support our guy, Kenny! Many of you know and love Kenny (or have seen him strutting around in his stroller on walks!) Kenny has permanent neurological damage after an accident as a kitten, has seizures, and will be on medication and a special grooming schedule for life to help keep his symptoms manageable. We're using this grant to help cover some of Kenny's ongoing care. Thank you, Petfinder! 😻

Wish list clear out! 😻♥
School is back in session, and while our cats are keeping busy with extra naps and playtime, they're a little lonely during the day. Fewer visitors also means donations are down, and our kitties are in need of essentials. We've stocked our wishlists with their back-to-school essentials. Meet Ophelia — A gentle soul in search of a forever home.

At just three years old, Ophelia has already endured more heartbreak than most animals should ever face. A year and a half ago, her family left the country — and left her behind. Since then, she’s been patiently waiting for someone to choose her, to see the beauty in her soft, muted coat and her even softer heart.

Ophelia is a rare dilute tortie, stunning in appearance but even more beautiful in spirit. She is sweet, laid-back, and carries a quiet grace that draws you in. She gets along well with dogs and, though a little shy at first, will gently warm up to other cats once she feels safe.

Recently, we thought she had found her happy ending — a loving woman opened her heart and home to Ophelia. But just three days later, due to an older resident cat's aggression, Ophelia had to be returned. Through it all, she remained calm, kind, and affectionate. That’s just who she is — a loving girl with a resilient spirit and an open heart.

Ophelia isn’t asking for much — just a place to call home and a human to call her best friend. If you’re looking for a companion who will quietly stay by your side, give you comfort with a gentle purr, and love you with her whole heart, Ophelia is waiting for you.

Tiny and Little are a powerful duo who are taking on the world together. Little was born completely blind, but that doesn't slow her down -- she has her sister Tiny by her side to show her the way! Little is very food motivated (as you can see!), and loves crinkly toys and scaling to the top of the cat tree. Tiny may be the runt of the litter, but what she lacks in size she makes up for in courage and attitude. Tiny guides her sister and is always there as a reassuring safety net. Tiny and Little are a bonded pair and must be adopted together. These sweet, strong, sassy girls are waiting for their forever home... could that be yours?

Have you thought about foster? We have sweet Hope who is pregnant and needs a loving foster who will give her a safe place to have her kids. Once the kids are old enough they will be vetted along with Mom and brought to the Catio for adoption. Litter, food and vetting is covered by us. Boro (3 years, male)
