We are absolutely smitten with our three "keepers" and can't wait to see the journey they take through life. We believe big things are on the horizon for these wild children!

The California Dreamers are a repeat litter of some beautiful young dogs that are just starting their specials careers to great success on the West Coast. Both of their parents were bred by us and born here, although they now reside in California.
This litter came to be through the incredible kindness and generosity of many, making it possible for these repeats to happen on this side of the country.

We adore these babies and can't wait to get them in the ring when the time is right! Hopefully soon—now that the weather is finally cooling down, we can get some coat growth! 😆

"Memphis," whom we at Ceilidh lovingly call "MooMoo" or "Mooman."

Honestly, we had very little to do with this accomplishment, but we are immensely proud of this boy! Most of the credit goes to his amazing owner for all she has done and for her unwavering belief in him. Under the loving care of his best friend, Cindy, Memphis has blossomed into everything he was meant to be. No one makes him light up quite like she does, and their bond seems written in the stars! We can never thank Cindy enough for recognizing that special something in Memphis, and we are so grateful he found his heart-person in her.

We’re also deeply thankful to the respected breeders who have contributed to this achievement. This wouldn’t be possible without them bringing such exquisite girls to Memphis and showcasing their beautiful “mini-moos.” We absolutely LOVE all of his babies we’ve seen and are so grateful to be able to watch them grow, even from across the country. We’re always cheering for our MooMoo and his Mini-Moos from here!

Logan is celebrating in his birthday suit, flaunting everything he has!

Logan is a fun dog! He's brimming with confidence and loves a practical joke. He fancies himself a comedian, though his antics often amuse him more than anyone else! Fearless and joyful, he lights up every room.

Logan was bred by the late Lily Russell of Tango Collies. She adored him and eagerly anticipated seeing him fulfill his potential. Logan finished his championship with Sunway Handling as a pretty, though still developing, 1½-year-old. He came to our house after finishing to await Lily so she could pick him up, and she was eager to hear what we thought of him at that point.

After Lily’s unexpected passing in 2023, we and Valley Park Collies traveled to Iowa to ensure all of Lily’s dogs found soft places to land. Lily always knew that Logan and his dam, Trifle, would have a home with us if necessary. We miss Lily dearly and treasure the short time we had to know her. We hope she'd be proud of Logan’s development and his contributions as a sire.

We’re thrilled with the young dogs he's sired and look forward to presenting them. We're also eager to showcase a mature Logan to the fancy and continue honoring Lily’s vision.

This girl is large and in charge. Hippo is a sturdy puppy who enjoys lounging by the watering hole with a cocktail, relaxing to the sounds of nature.

In contrast to her sister, Cheetah, Hippo is very chill and laid-back. She prefers to watch and wait, rather than cause mischief or perform acrobatics. Hippo is the ultimate spirit animal for anyone who lives for the joys of naptime and mealtime.

We'd love for Hippo to show what she's made of in the show ring. While her easygoing nature may not lend itself to fast-paced sports, she could excel in more relaxed performance settings.

Hippo is perfect for those who like 'em big and chunky! 🩶🦛

This girl is full of s***k! She loves to run, going from 0 to 60 in three seconds. She's very affectionate and attentive. Cheetah is so biddable and focused, for a puppy 😁, and has great structure—we can see her tearing it up in agility with the right safari guide.

She's a versatile girl that has the capacity for other hobbies besides tearing across the plains. She would also be a fun prospect for the show ring, herding, and certainly FastCat. Cheetah can do it all with swift style! Despite her desire for the chase, she settles very well and knows when it's time to conserve energy.

The only ferocity to be found in this preserve-raised Cheetah is her commitment to speed. She gets along well with others and is very tolerant of all the silly grooming shenanigans. Bath time is no biggie for this wild cat.

If you have a taste for the fast life, let Cheetah show you how it's done. 🐆

Latte is the first to come running, and she sticks around like caramel drizzle at the bottom of your cup. As sweet as her registered name suggests, Latte has that smooth, easy-going charm without any bitterness.

Latte was a puppy we were growing out, but we have decided to let her hone her roast with a new barista. She plays well with others and enjoys showing off her show training, especially when treats are involved. Latte is great for bath time, grooming, nails, ears, and relaxing on the table.

Latte is up for anything once the coffee kicks in. She has the potential to be a show dog, versatile athlete, or your cozy café companion.

Is she that sweet? That's that Latte espresso. ☕

Introducing Future, Ceilidh's Quest For Tomorrow

Future is a sweet and charming 2-year-old boy, born on 6/15/22. He adores affection—whether it's pets, snuggles, or rubbing up against you to sprinkle you with some Collie glitter. We’ve made the difficult decision to find him new scenery, as we won’t be continuing to show him or include him in our breeding program. This opens the door for Future to find a family that can give him the attention he deserves and explore new adventures—or simply let him be a beautiful couch ornament.

Future is a social butterfly—he gets along wonderfully with dogs, cats, birds, farm animals, and people alike. He’s crate-trained, leash-trained, and handles grooming like a pro. With some dog show experience under his belt, he's versatile enough to fit into a multi-pet household or thrive as an only dog—though he does prefer the company of humans most of all.

Chai, CH Ceilidh's A Little Too Spicy, had a fun, low-key 3rd birthday today!
A car ride, puppuccino, and cuddles while watching Netflix were the highlights of her day.

She has been the most tolerant of the birthday hat, outperforming everyone who has had the honor of wearing it so far. Chai truly believes she belongs in a crown! 👑

It’s hard to believe Chai is already 3—it feels like just yesterday she and her littermates were born. She came to us through the generosity of her co-breeder, Collies of Wych, and we’re so grateful to have been able to keep her after whelping the litter.

Chai is especially meaningful to us as she is part of Jacque Bailey’s (Mar-Jo Collies) final bred-by litter. Jacque was so excited for this repeat breeding but, sadly, didn’t get to see the beautiful results of her vision. We can feel Jacque's warmth, laughter, and ever-present smile in the sparkle of Chai's eyes. Chai’s diva-like personality reminds us every day just how special she is to all of us.

Our gentle and demure girl, Halo, enjoyed a lovely birthday adventure. It was a beautiful day to capture pictures of our sweet angel.

These puppies have such happy, vibrant personalities! They make friends everywhere they go and put smiles on everyone's faces. They are all about the drama, always putting on a show for anyone who will listen. This is a fun group of puppies, full of promise and potential in many venues, and we can’t wait to see them continue to flourish. (Shh, don’t tell the others!)

These girls have the build for high-impact sports, along with sweet, attentive personalities and a range of energy levels and drives.

We're thrilled with the consistency of quality and superb temperaments in this litter.
They handled their eye checks like pros—completely fearless, with no fuss about the bright lights or holding still. Every pup had great results, a perfect cherry on top of their wonderful behavior. These girls are destined for great things, with all their grace and enthusiasm!

Here are updated pictures of some of the Serengeti Sisters, along with the pedigree I've finally put together. We're excited to get their mom, Reign, into the show ring again soon!

🦟🐊 We had an eventful show way down in New Orleans this past weekend. 🐊🦟 There was great company and commradarie with some beautiful dogs!

It was extremely hot and humid in Louisiana but 🌊 Coast 🌊 kept it cool and collected by going BoW every day, and BOS on Sunday, to finish at just 8 months old!

Coast makes champion number 16 for his sire, Memphis.

Coast's littermate 🏖️ Malibu 🏖️, Ceilidh's Life in the Dreamhouse at HiCliff, went Reserve one day but is still figuring this whole show business out.

Malibu was in good company on the last day with WB ⏳ Sandy ⏳, owned by Tez Bryars, for a major! Sandy, Ceilidh's Paper Crown, is from our Aristocratic litter by GCH Ceilidh's Legends of the Fall ROM "Tristan", out of CH Kirkhaven The Travler Jade.

This weekend was for smooths and this coming weekend is the time for some of our rough class girls to get out and see the world of dog shows. We are busy getting all our young dogs out and are excited to experience the blooming of their show dog careers.

Introducing the 🐘🦒 Serengeti Siblings 🦒🐘

All sable smooth girls, and one lone boy. They were born on May 26th (during the daytime! 🙌) and have been a whirlwind of fun!

We took a trip up to Ohio for some fun at the Aryggeth Puppy Match and got eye checks while we were there. Fantastic eye checks for everyone, and they were all so cooperative and sweet. These girls, and Rhino, are easy as pie to do anything with! Very easy, affectionate babies with no fear.

Rhino just went to his new home a little early, at almost 9 weeks, but we are hoping to grow out most of these pretty girls until 10-12 weeks.
Pictures are from 7 ½ weeks old; they are 9 weeks old today... We're so fast at getting pictures up.

We're enjoying our little safari adventure but still taking inquiries for those interested in adding a smooth girl to their zoo. If you are interested in a Ceilidh Collie, send us a message.

At 8 weeks old, the Coffee Clutch litter, sired by CH Tango's Full Moon Fever "Logan" and out of GCHB Ceilidh's Timekeeper "Tempo," is thriving. Despite the crazy heat wave, they had lots of fun bouncing in the afternoon sun. These puppies are a blast and have super fun personalities. Capturing pictures is a challenge because they love to be up close and personal, but who can resist those smiling faces?

Eye checks for the Coffee Clutch are scheduled for July 9th, and after that, we can make some official matches. We have spots open for Smooth inquiries, but no space for Rough inquiries at this time.
