I've been increasing my running mileage lately, and Sophie has been joining me for many of those miles. Today she ran 23 miles with me, which was her longest run ever. She has been doing great with it and still doesn't seem too fatigued! We always stop at the creeks to cool off a bit. She gets excited whenever she sees me in my running clothes, and she eagerly jumps in my vehicle to go hit up some trails!

Sophie and I got to spend lots of quality time together on our weekend camping trip! We ran 35 miles and hiked 7 miles in our 4 day excursion. It was really good for her in the grieving process with the recent loss of her lifelong friend Lacy.
