10 years ago..goodness we had no idea the impact this buck would have on our herd. Matrix is still doing great and hopefully will settle a few does in the fall.

One of our new up and coming does is 3 year old Fairland Farm MX Shezan Echo. She picked up and Grand and a reserve this past weekend at the Michiana Goat Breeders show.

Our beautiful CH Fairland Farm V Eye In The Sky was taken out for probably her last show. At 9 years old she is still as solid as ever and after giving me twin does this year out of Hilltown Meadows Armo I’m thinking she will be retired from the show life. I may breed her one more time but I probably won’t milk her so she doesn’t lose her body weight as she gets older. She placed respectable against some beautiful does in the champion challenge class.

We had a great show today. I feel so incredibly blessed. Thankful that God chose me to own the pretty girls. Details coming soon. I’m pooped. Running a show and showing at that same 2 ring show is exhausting.

My big boy Autumn Acres Bay Breeze is now a permanent champion. This guy is so correct and he makes beautiful daughters improving length, stature, and mammaries.

Spa day for some of the boys that have been in my baby buck pen for a the last year. Hooves, copper bolus, and deworming before they headed out to the big buck pasture. Wood bridge Farm Dott Matrix has been moved into the junior buck pen every august for the past couple of years so her doesn’t get beat up in his old age. He is 10 this spring and still doing great.
