Morning check in! Everyone is ok here 🙂 we appreciate all your kind emails, wishes, prayers and all the positive vibes you sent our way. They worked! A lot of our staff is making their way back into town today so we are still running on a very limited pack. We hope all our Pampered Family and their families fared well during this storm. ✌️❤️

We are receiving many phone calls in regards to the incoming storm of Milton. We are as prepared as one can be to hunker down for whatever comes our way next week.

We ask for your patience and kindness towards our staff in the event we may be working off a voluntary skeleton crew. These are the guys that stay behind when everyone else leaves to ensure the pets that are still under our roof are cared for around the clock.

When we built this facility in 2019 we knew the challenges that come with living in paradise. This is why we spared no cost to have a generator on site at all times, we are also fortunate enough for it to be Natural Gas Powered. The generator is HUGE and will operate our entire resort the moment power is lost.

As we continue to monitor the storm ahead we will give updates. The best way to contact us through the storm is through email - [email protected]
