Meet Harriett and Helen. These two came from two different places, but both were rescued from the streets. A bucket of kittens were left in a side yard, in Immokalee. Luckily Helen managed to escape the bucket, her siblings were not so lucky. Her rescuer found her in the ditch right next to the bucket and called us. Harriett and her cute little mustache were rescued from the industrial park in Naples. We were trapping for a different kitten and Harriett showed up and walked right into the trap. They are both about the same age, 6 to 8 weeks and both very friendly. Would anyone like to foster or pre-adopted? Please message us if interested.

A few nights ago we tried to trap 5 kittens and a mommy cat, no luck! So we had to call in the experts, kitten trappers from down under SW Florida. Two of the kittens are with us, Hiccup and Toothless. We now just need the other three babies and the very sweet mommy. We will be setting up traps again this week and hoping our trappers can work their magic again.

We had two adoptions today at the shelter! Stanley and Dunkin are off to new homes 😍

Dunkin was pulled from an engine in the Dunkin Donuts parking lot by a nice man last week. Stanley has been with us since he was a kitten. Happy lives babies!

6/18 Update: ADOPTED!

Tuesday’s “Cat of the Day” is the famous Flower 🌼 Boy! He was on the cover of our article by the Naples Press a few weeks ago (mostly because he is sooo very handsome, friendly, and photogenic). Flower is a volunteer favorite - he’s huggable, kissable, and cuddly. He’s a social butterfly around the shelter; he keeps everyone in check and seems to enjoy it, yet we still think he truly would benefit from a furrever home! If you’re looks for an easy-going 4 year old dude, come meet Flower Boy!
