As we work our way through the busy winter season, we want to thank everyone for your patience and flexibility!

To help our groomers stay on schedule during snowy road conditions, please remember:

✨ Arrival Window:
Our groomers may arrive up to 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time or up to 30 minutes after. Weather, traffic, and winter delays can shift our timing slightly, but we’ll always do our best to keep things running smoothly.

✨ Parking Reminder:
To avoid navigating large snowbanks in the street, our groomers may need to park blocking your driveway during the appointment — as long as you aren’t planning to leave during that time.
This keeps everyone safe and allows our vans to park on solid, cleared ground.
