There are MULTIPLE Poodle mixes (also *known* as Doodles) available at this facility for adoption. Stop feeding into the "designer dog" trend and buying these from mill breeders whose only goal is to make a buck. Rescue or buy from a responsible, reputable breeder.

ADOPTED!!!

Banjo is a one and a half year old Golden Doodle who is searching for her forever home. She came to us from another facility where she was surrendered because her family didn't have the time for her. Banjo is a sweet girl who might come off shy at first, but is a loving and kind dog who just wants to be near your side. She isn't overly hyper like many doodles can be. Banjo does enjoy going for walks and playing with toys, but she mainly dreams of the life of a doggo who gets to snuggle on the couch with her family at the end of the day. She is friendly with kids of all ages and other dogs. She was recently groomed, but we do want to remind potential adopters that doodles require frequent grooming to look and feel their best! Banjo is already spayed and can go home today. Her adoption fee is $75 and includes her vaccines, deworming, f***l exam, heartworm test, current heartworm and flea prevention, and registered microchip.

This is a photo of a fox found dead last week. There were no signs of any injuries, so an autopsy was done, only to discover a balloon lodged in his digestive system. Pretty horrible way to go. I know people miss their loved ones, but releasing balloons into the sky does nothing but kill innocent wildlife, on land and in the sea. Just sayin’.

KEVINNN!!!!

Meet our goofy boy, Kevin. Kevin is an 8 month old Shepherd with the biggest ears and a bigger personality. He's always making staff laugh and running around, being a ruckus. He was found by a citizen and said he was tied up with all of his pet supplies. When he first arrived, it was very apparent that no one showed Mr Kevin proper mannerisms as he was a bit of a wild boy. He wants to be an A+ student and craves a leader to continue his training and show him the ropes. He's already picked up "sit" and "lay down". He also loves playing fetch. Kevin is phenomenal with other dogs and would love to have a canine buddy at home. He seemed okay with cats, but may try to chase to play. Kevin is still pretty thin so he is on the road to being at a proper weight. He loves toys and your attention. He may playfully jump and potentially knock someone down as he isn't aware of his large size. Kevin is just a true character and we are sure someone will fall quickly for our boy! His adoption fee is $230, which includes his vaccines, f***l exam, deworming, heartworm test, current heartworm/flea prevention, registered microchip, and neuter.
