UPDATE: We’re making a few updates to better serve you and your pets—while continuing to deliver the top-tier care you count on.

Starting Monday, June 2, our resort will have updated lobby hours and a new extended care policy for weekend stays.

Check the info below to see what’s changing with our extended care policy:

Monday through Saturday our Extended Care Fee of $12 will continue to be applied to the departure date of boarding guests who are picked up after 10AM. On Sundays, the Extended Care Fee will be applied to all boarding guests picked up on that day after 2PM.
