Thank you all for the kind messages, comments and phone calls. We appreciate it. We are absolutely devastated and heart broken. Cocoa beans was one in a million. If you have one of her babies snuggle them a little tighter for us. We sure have been with S’mores! It’s a gift from her I can never be more grateful for. A miracle litter. Happy Veterans Day to all our amazing and selfless veterans out there. The sacrifice you have made will never be forgotten. Of course…. I just have to say how much I love that my dogs all have great off switches! When I was talking to my show friends about getting a smooth fox terrier they all warned me not too. I said well I have Aussies it can’t be too bad. Let me tell you guys. Erik is just like our Aussies. He thinks he is one I’m pretty sure. He will herd things if we let him. He knows how to just relax. He loves his naps. Just so easy going. He is a bed hog and has to be right next to you all night too. Then we have Moana here she is 10 months old and she knows to just relax in the house as well. It’s truly the best.

It seems like my posts have been getting out there to a different audience than our normal. We both raise Aussies and we do rescue work. There is a huge difference between our rescue dogs ( we do NOT have any right now) and our retired dogs from our program. Rescues are something we love to do and most of the time there is zero history on the dog. Most of the time with rescues there is a reason they are a rescue. Our retired dogs we know the dog inside and out as we either bred and raised them or we know their breeder/ pedigree. We are very picky about the dogs we bring in just like we are picky about where they retire to. Anything that came from us ( retired, rescued, bred by us etc) always has a home with us. It doesn’t matter how old or the circumstances. Yes, we have life changes happening but that doesn’t change that dogs from us always have a home with us. Lastly, our retired dogs are NOT rescues and it is pretty offensive to us when people keep calling them rescues or implying they need rescuing and a good home. I am sure this is going to ruffle some feathers but hopefully it helps to show how we feel. We love the rescue work we do but not all dogs are rescues. Pictured is Gambit snoozing on our couch as I type this.

Welcome to our page! We are still working on building this site so bear with us. We breed Australian Shepherds. Our goal is to have well rounded family dogs, working dogs and dogs that do well in the show ring. We are striving to better this breed by breeding to standard and above. We have AKC, ASDR and IMASC Australian Shepherds. Most of our dogs are tripled registered some are just ASDR. We are extremely picky about our breeding stock that we bring into our program. Just the same as what we breed for is what we want to bring in. Temperament is huge. We do not allow aggressive dogs ( or bloodlines) into our program. With Aussies there are different drive levels : low- High. We have all levels here but even with our high drive dogs they have an off switch. Our dogs are great with working all day on our farm or they are happy to sleep and watch netflix. Everyone is well socialized with both people and other animals from a young age.
