Where have we been? 🧐 Life took some twists and turns so we took some personal time away from socials. Then in the midst of it all? Tech issues popped up so our demain is under construction. But we are excited to be back to “socialize” with you on social networks! 🥂🎉 Our website will be back up soon and stay tuned for news from our client trips, beverages and more!

Back online after a winter tech break during a whirlwind tour of the US: food, wine, culture and lots of fun! 10 states in almost as many days. Then it was time to unwind with Santa Fe’s fabulous food & art scene. Mille in the morning for 🥐 and La Choza at night for a delish dinner. Lots of art in-between. And of course? Chiles! Stay tuned for a recap the next few days then a preview of our spring & summer excitement to come!

Let’s talk butter / beurre! 🧈 The battle between salted and unsalted butters in France is real! Most people living in Bretagne prefer the salted version, and sometimes their artisans completely crust the butter in salt! Unsalted butter, or beurre doux in French, is what you will usually be served around the rest of France. When we lived in Normandie, one of our local farmer friends would deliver fresh butter and milk to us weekly. What a treat! Whether you visit Paris or beyond, be sure to seek out some artisanal butter to tempt your palate. Try both salted / unsalted the next time you’re in France and let us know which is your fave!
