Angel went to his new home today. I’m confident that is the perfect home for him. I’ll keep you posted. He will live in Vallejo in a big beautiful home w a big back yard and a doggie door. These nice people just lost their little shih tzu after 15 years. So they are pros. lol miss you my lil big boy.

My girls got groomed today. Mochas a little booger and won’t stay still for them. When I was dropping them off you’d think I was getting ready to toss her into raging volcano! Needless to say, they couldn’t keep her still to get a good cut, but at least she’s still cute!! And beautiful and all that. And they got all the important stuff I don’t do. Is t she pretty?!?!

He is the biggest lover. He loves snuggles and he is not afraid to push his way to get them. I call him my big little baby.
But he’s not mine, or is he??? Still looking for that perfect home.

Awe Sonny. You are such a cute lil beach bum. It’s kinda cool to think this little guy lives a few blocks from where I lived in San Diego’s Ocean beach, in the early 80’s. His Human Daddy is the son of one of our friends from up here at the lake, who unfortunately is now passed on. But we’re keeping the friendship going via shih tzu love. Thank you John, for loving Sonny. He looks happy, and maybe a bit obsessed with you. Lol.

UPDATE ON ANGEL
We have found a wonderful home for Angel. Bruna lives in Truckee and will be picking him up this weekend. Bruna’s husband is a fire fighter, and you know I’ve got a soft spot for our hero’s. Angel will be a companion for Bruna while her hubby is out fighting fires in the summer.
Angel will have a gigantic back yard to play in and call his own. Bruna has had Shih Tzu in her life in the past and her family are all shih tzu people. That’s all they’ve ever had.
She’s excited to get here to pick him up.

To all the shih tzu I’ve loved before, ones who were born here, slept and played all over my floor.
It’s clear, and I know, you’re all in a good place.
But I miss you, and I can still smell your breath and feel the kisses you left on my face.
It makes me smile when I think of the joy we all brought to your new family.
Letting you go was hard, as I handed you off to hands that reflected the love they already held in their hearts, warms my heart and that my past pups is what makes this Momma.
