🚨🚨Effective January 2026:🚨🚨

• No-Show Appointments: A no-show fee equal to the full price of your grooming service will be added to your next scheduled appointment. (Your next visit will include both the missed appointment fee and the cost of the scheduled service.)

• Repeat No-Shows: Clients with two no-show appointments will no longer be allowed to schedule future services.

• Cancellations: Appointments must be canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid being considered a no-show.

Just a heads up…..again Comcast is doing “Improvements” in the area. The shop currently does not have service. It says it should be restored by 11:13am today….. but who knows🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️sorry for any inconvenience!

Hi all! Just an FYI, my phone line is down. I have been battling with comcast all morning! They had scheduled service for my area yesterday, and apparently my phone has not been working since! I’m so sorry for the inconvenience!😡

I am currently booked through the end of the year! If you would like to be put on the cancellation list, please call the shop, leave your name, BEST number to reach you, and breed of dog. My call needs to be returned within a few hours, or I will be forced to have to move on to the next person. Thank you for understanding during this busy time of year!
