Missy and our newest addition, V Chippendale HM (Chip), had some beautiful rounds in the 5 & Under Young Hunters, earning two blues in his first horse show with us, and his third horse show ever! The future is bright for this baby! 🌟❤️

Missy and Oak Island (Smudge) also had some beautiful rounds in the 3’6” Performance Hunters, bringing home several top 5 placings out of a very competitive group of horses! 💪🏼✨

We couldn’t be happier with how our horses and riders performed Week 1, and we can’t wait to do it again this week! 🖤💙🏆

Years ago, Cheryl Moore put the finishing touches on our hunters with her beautiful braids, and now she is doing the same for our tack setup with creations like this beautiful pillow. Cheryl always had an amazing eye for detail, and her Topline Design Ribbon Wreaths shadow boxes, pillows, and ribbon keepsakes are a one-of-a-kind addition to our horse show home. We miss those dinners on the veranda with you, Cheryl! We are glad to have a little bit of you with us on the West Coast.

“Jean, Jean the riding machine” ends the 2024 horse show season at the top of two competitive divisions with her super star horses from Jen Alfano and Next Chapter LLC. Huge congratulations to Jean Edwards and Oak Island (Smudge) for finishing 3rd in Zone 10 for the Adult Hunters, and Casual (Meatball) for ending up year end PCHA Champion of the Low Amateur Hunters!

Another great week for Next Chapter! MTM Pocket Listing won the USHJA 3’3 green incentive and the Texas Super Stake. Melissa Gruber came to show Full Set and won the USHJA 3’6 green incentive. Kathy Chiaf’s Southside Of Heaven was reserve in the 3’3 green and Megan Odozynski and Sharon O’Neill’s Merritt Island was reserve in the 3’ green. Batavia Group and Neeraj Parasher’s Wayside kicked off the morning with a 4th in the $20,000 International Hunter Derby.
