As Earth Month comes to a close, we’re grateful to provide families with a pet aftercare option that is both gentle and environmentally conscious.

Aquamation uses significantly less energy than traditional flame cremation, making it a thoughtful choice for families who care deeply about both their pets and the planet.

We believe honoring the love we have for our pets can also reflect the care we have for the world they shared with us. 🤍🌿

We had such a great time at a recent local community pup-up event! Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, asked questions, and took the time to connect with us. We loved meeting so many wonderful people and being part of such a supportive community.

It means so much to us as a local, family-owned business to be able to share what we do and connect with families in person. We’re grateful for every conversation and every opportunity to serve our community.

Here are a couple of photos from the event—we already can’t wait for the next one! 🐾💙

From the moment a pet is entrusted to us, every step is handled with care, intention, and respect. We work closely with families and veterinary clinics to ensure the process is gentle and thoughtful, honoring each pet and the bond they shared with their family.

Our goal is to provide a sense of comfort and clarity during a difficult time, and to care for every pet as if they were our own.

Common Questions About Pet Aquamation

We know this is a tender time, and families often have questions. Below are a few we hear most often.

What is aquamation?

Aquamation is a gentle, water-based process used to care for a pet after passing. It does not use flames and has a much smaller environmental footprint than traditional cremation.

How is aquamation different from cremation?

Cremation uses high heat and flame. Aquamation uses water and natural alkalinity, resulting in a more gentle process that many families feel aligns with their values.

Is aquamation respectful and dignified?

Yes. Every pet is cared for individually and treated with the utmost respect throughout the entire process.

Can families still receive their pet’s remains?

Yes. Families receive their pet’s remains, similar to cremation, and may choose how they would like to memorialize them.

Who chooses aquamation?

Families who value a gentle, thoughtful, and environmentally conscious aftercare option often choose aquamation.

If you have questions or would like more information, we’re always happy to help. 🤍

We are honored to support families and veterinary clinics throughout the Treasure Valley.

Because we love our own pets so deeply, we understand how important it is for families to feel supported and cared for during this time.
