Bandit has arrived. 📍

He’s here for our two-week Puppy Foundations Board and Train. 🤩

His owners’ main goal is for him to become a confident, social, well-rounded, go-anywhere, do-anything dog—and I can already tell he’s well on his way. Thanks to good genetics from , he already has a strong baseline. Bandit is confident, outgoing, motivated, sweet as can be, and has a phenomenal off switch. A perfect family dog!

We’ll be working on all the puppy basics and building a strong foundation for their future goals. Follow along in stories to see his training in action. 👌

Did you know we offer Virtual Training? 🌎

Virtual lessons are one of my absolute favorites! From the comfort of your home, you can work one-on-one with your trainer via Zoom or FaceTime. Each lesson is customized to your goals and training level and typically lasts an hour.

After each session, you’ll receive a follow-up handout summarizing everything we covered, along with homework to practice before our next lesson.

No matter where you live, we can help with Virtual Training! Reach out with any questions or if you’re ready to start your dog’s training journey! 🤩

After reviewing our previous lessons homework, Dolly worked on:
🐾 Luring into sit and adding command
🐾 Luring into down and adding command
🐾 Leave it

While Murphy worked on:
🐾 Continued Leave it work
🐾 Intro to Remote Collar recall training

It was a jam packed lesson!🤩 They have already both improved so much and Dolly is becoming a well rounded puppy!😍

We’ve been a little MIA but hopefully back to regularly scheduled content. Thank you for sticking by!

News and Updates:

Board and Trains: We have one opening for March for a 2-3 week option, otherwise we are FULL till June 10th.

Boarding: We are FULL till June 10th and only have one more opening for the 4th of July. Make sure to reach out asap to get on the schedule for any vacations over the summer! We have updated our pricing. Anyone who has already put down a depost, this does not affect you.

Private Lessons: Currently have a wait time of about 1-2 weeks depending on schedule requirements.

Day Trains: We are now also offering individual day train packages! Each day train is 8 hours, you drop off in the morning and pick up in the evening. Each day you get videos of what your dog has worked on and homework to continue the training at home. We have 4 Days for $740, or 6 days for $1050. If you’re a previous client or signing up a second dog, you get 10% off. Please reach out with any questions!

Daycare: You can now do a half day (up to 4 hours) for $25, or a full day (up to 8 hours) for $45. You can also choose to add on training sessions, bath, or nail trim.

Brittany with Skyward K9 Training Boise and I just recently did temperament testing on a litter of Australian Cattle Dog Pups and one of them is looking for a home!

This is Toto, he’s currently 7 weeks old. He is such a sweetheart, when I first met him he absolutely adored my daughter Nyah and licked all over her. He tested mostly 3’s on his testing, but he is a little bit more laid back than some of his littermates.

I just visited again and we did some training for fun. He is very confident, had no hesitation with new surfaces, happily went in the crate, was eager to train, and loved working for food. They’ve already been socialized to all ages of people including kids, a couple other dogs, and different stimuli which is a great foundation to build on!
