Investing in our team means investing in the care we provide every single day.

Today, a few of our teammates hit the road to North Charleston for additional CPR training. While we hope these skills are rarely needed, we’re committed to making sure our team is prepared for any emergency that comes through our doors.

Veterinary medicine is all about lifelong learning, and we’re proud of our teammates for taking the time to continue growing their knowledge and sharpening their lifesaving skills.

📣 Heads up, friends!

Our team is taking a well-deserved break to relax, recharge, and spend time together at our CFVH Staff Retreat! 🏕️🐾💙

Because of this:
🩺 Friday 7/10/26: We will be closing early at 1:00 PM.
🐶 Saturday 7/11/26: Our hospital will be closed.

We’ll be back refreshed and ready to care for your furry family members during our regular business hours on Monday 7/13/26.

If your pet needs medication or food, please plan ahead and give us a call before Friday afternoon. If your pet experiences an emergency while we are closed, please contact your nearest emergency veterinary hospital.

Thank you for your understanding and support as we take time to celebrate and appreciate our amazing team. We can’t wait to share photos from our retreat! ❤️

Thank you Horry County Fire Rescue 👨‍🚒 🛟 for allowing Chad Loyd to spend some time instructing some of our teammates on human cpr,aed, and stop the bleed. We work on animals so it was fun learning ways to help humans in our community should an issue arise and we’re around. Very fun, interactive, an informative class!
