We currently have 4 Small dog appointments available for tomorrow 3/28 due to cancellations. These are the last appointments available before Easter. If you need to get your pup/pups in before the holiday please call us at 843-293-6635!

Good afternoon, as we have had an influx in no call no shows, late arrivals and last minute cancellations, we find its best we repost our "Appointment rules." We hate to have to even implement these rules, however we work on commissions so when a dog does not show or cancels too late for us to fill the spot the groomer does not get paid!
LATE ARRIVAL: If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled time for your appointment time your groomer has the right to reschedule you! We also reserve the right charge a no show fee for these also! *Please give us a call if you are running late!
NO SHOW: There is a $25 fee for small dogs, $50 fee for large dogs if you fail to show up for your appointment! This will have to be paid prior to booking your next appointment. If you are scheduled through the year this will be added to the bill at your next appointment.
CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations MUST be done within Business hours! We ask that cancellations are done at the latest 24 prior to your appointment. We need the time to fill your spot! If cancellations are done after hours the day before your appointment you are subject to No Show fee!
*We understand emergencies happen and we are completely understanding*
WE DO NOT MONITOR THE TEXT MESSAGE SYSTEM AFTER THE SHOP CLOSES FOR THE DAY!

Good morning, We are watching the weather again for this weekend! As of right now with the way it is looking we will again not be doing nail trims during our scheduled 5-530 time period on Saturday in order for us to get home to our families in a timely manner. We apologize again for any inconvenience, stay safe!
