Hello,
As many of you know my sister Madison Hartwig and I started this business several years ago. I just wanted to say from both of us, THANK YOU! Thank you all for the support, recommendations, and most of all trusting us to care for your fur babies while you enjoy some down time. Huge shoutout to the customers who started with us, without you all trusting us we wouldn’t have the customer base we have today. Lastly, thank you to all the new supporters and customers. Without you all we wouldn’t get to meet new animals and be able to help you take the vacations you all need. So THANK YOU for everything. As always please share,like, comment and leave reviews!

Meet one of the sisters that help run K&M:

💡Who is she?
Kaylee is 21 years old and has always been dependable. Born and raised in Myakka City, Kaylee loves making sure her clients know she cares for their pets as if they’re her own!

💡About Her
Kaylee was very active in middle and high school FFA & 4H. She loves dairy cattle, horses, dogs and chickens!! Kaylee has loads of experience working with children and adults through therapeutic riding. She loves the equine industry and spending time with her own horse, Charlie! Kaylee has raised, exhibited and cared for so many animals! She showed cattle, horses, pigs, chickens and dogs at county fair and shows around Florida!

💡What does she love?

Kaylee is a HUGE dog lover! She enjoys taking care of clients fur-babies and making sure they are comfortable while clients enjoy vacations! Communication is key and Kaylee makes sure to show we are reliable and dependable. She can’t wait to meet you all and show you the K&M quality care!

💡Who is she?
Maddy is an 18 year old born and raised in Myakka City, surrounded by animals and agriculture!
💡About her
Recently graduated from LRHS, Maddy spent her time in middle and high school dedicated to animals and all things agriculture. She has realized that animals and livestock are her biggest passions. She has worked with, raised, exhibited and handled a variety of species; cattle, horses, mules, dogs, cats, chickens, turkeys, ducks, goats, pigs and everything in between! She is actively involved in showing beef cattle around Florida.

💡What does she love to do?
Maddy is our fitting, grooming and clipping gal!

She also has numerous certifications through AEST; Agriculture Associates, Agriculture Systems, Agritechnology, and Animal Science Specialist.

She was heavily involved with FFA and 4H. She held multiple leadership offices, serving lastly as LRHS FFA’s President for 2 years! She competed in a variety of contests; public speaking, horse judging and dairy judging are just a few to name!

She is eager to building a reliable and trustworthy name that her community can count on when needing help.
