Monkey says hi! This little happy girl is thriving in her own old lady way. She can’t see or hear but she does walk around barking and growling all day. 😅 not sure if that’s her defense mechanism. But it’s cute and I know a few people who will be just like monkey in their 80s and 90s. lol She’s surrounded by 2 chihuahuas , Linda , Ivy , Forrest and Harley everyday and no one steps on her. It’s amazing how gentle everyone is with the monarch 👸🏻. I can literally put her food down in the middle of the room and not one dog tries to steal it. She eats like a champ! I think she will continue to live another 5years lol 😆

🚨 DEXTER UPDATE 🚨

Sweet Dexter has a big journey ahead of him. 💔 This precious baby needs his front leg amputated after suffering a broken leg at a very young age that was never treated properly. Instead of getting him the help he needed, the breeder simply discarded him because of it. 😞

Thankfully, a kind citizen stepped in and reached out to us, and now Dexter is safe with EIO Rescue Ranch where he will finally get the chance he deserves. ❤️

Our brave little guy is scheduled for surgery on June 2nd. While becoming a tripod is a big adjustment, we already know Dexter is full of love, resilience, and puppy spirit. We’re pretty sure he’ll still figure out how to play drums afterward too 🥁🐾

Please keep Dexter in your prayers, thoughts, and well wishes as he heads into surgery. We want nothing more than to see this sweet boy pain-free and living the happy life he deserves.

What a successful weekend it was for us over here! ❤️🐾

Multiple adoptions ✔️
A completely full boarding house ✔️
A quick little day date squeezed in ✔️
Lots and lots of hard work ✔️

Huge shoutout to my dad for coming into town and absolutely crushing it building brand new barn doors for us! 🔨🐴 We are so grateful for all the help, love, and hard work poured into this crazy little life of ours.

To top it all off, we ended Memorial Day surrounded by amazing neighbors who invited us over for a quick bite and good company. Sometimes it’s the little moments that mean the most.

We are exhausted, grateful, and feeling so blessed. Hope everyone had an amazing weekend too! ❤️🇺🇸

Aster and Daffodil 🌼 ♥️♥️♥️♥️ These babies are all that is left from Nena’s litter!!!! We are organizing transport for them to make their way to Florida with Nena the first week of June!!!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️ Keep praying for them and their health! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 These babies and their momma Nena were pulled from Devore and four of the babies that we pulled passed away from distemper. We also found out yesterday that the one baby that was adopted before we got there was also brought back to the shelter for being sick and inevitably euthanized 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭. We would love some help today!!! 🚨 WAYS TO DONATE TO HELP GET THIS FAMILY HOME TO FLORIDA 🚨

We are so thankful for putting on today’s fundraiser!! 100% of proceeds are going to Dexters surgery on June 2nd 🙏🏽 I would say we had a successful turn out. Feels good that so many people came forward to help with this sweet boy. Rescue is hard, funding is almost impossible there are so many other rescues and dogs trying to raise money and we are thankful that pulled this together for our rescue and Dexter. 😊

Also big thank you to for always checking on us amd being such an amazing friend and loving our dogs as much as us. ❤️🙏🏽

Hi, it’s me, Kelby 🐾

I’m about 8 years old, and for most of my life, my job was having puppies. My former owner bred me over and over again… but those days are finally behind me. 💛

Now? I get to retire.

Maybe my forever person will take me to the beach 🌊 or maybe I’ll have a farm where I can stretch my legs and just be a dog for once. Honestly though? I’m a simple girl. I love the AC, soft places to nap, car rides, and being right by my human’s side. I’m definitely a ride-or-die kind of lady — if you go, I wanna go too. 🚗🐶

Oh! And I wanted to check in and show everyone my babies. This is my last litter. They’re 3 weeks old now and getting SO big! They bark now, which is honestly the cutest thing ever. 🥹🐾

I’m not quite ready for adoption yet, but I just wanted everyone to take a little look at me now and maybe keep me in the back of your mind. Think about me for when I’m ready… because I promise I’ll be the very best companion. 🤍

Dear distemper —— you have completely shattered us. Our foster moms are broken, our rescue is in tears because painfully we are losing another one of Nena’s puppies. These babies and mom were pulled from Devore Animal Services!!! Rescues: Please be careful right now in California!!! This is no joke!!! Please pray for the two that are left and Nena!!!!! The remaining three seem to be thriving. No symptoms! 🙏🏽 💔 If you can donate towards this family, we would be forever grateful. ❤️‍🩹

Mable, who came all the way from California in search of a better life, completely stole the hearts of her foster family… and now they simply couldn’t imagine life without her! ❤️
