‼️Important Flea and Tick Policy because it is the season!

We love your pups like our own, which is why we keep a strict flea and tick-free policy at all our salons.

We know life happens, but bringing parasites into the salon creates some big risks:They jump! One infested pup can quickly pass bugs to every other innocent dog in the room and ticks carry disease and can transfer to our groomers.

Blow-dryer dangers: High-velocity dryers can actually launch un-embedded bugs across the salon floor.

Medical safety: Removing lots of ticks leaves open wounds and risks transmitting illnesses like Lyme disease. That requires a vet’s medical care, not a groomer's brush.

Salon shutdowns: Finding bugs mid-groom means we have to immediately stop, isolate the pet, and completely shut down the station for a heavy-duty deep clean.

What this means for you:We do a quick check every dog at drop-off. If we spot bugs, we’ll have to reschedule your visit so you can treat them at home or at the vet.

If we find an fleas/ticks mid-service we will access the amount of fleas/ticks to make the call as to whether we can kill and keep them contained in the tub or if you will need to pick up your pup.

If we do continue with the service there will be an additional charge on your bill to cover the flea and tick shampoo and the deep cleaning, pest removing products used in the salon.
