This guy is available for adoption again. His new owner had a pretty severe allergic reaction to him so he had to be returned much to their dismay. This is Humphrey, 10 months old. Very friendly, should fit in to any family. He's a Golden Doodle and will require regular grooming. Every 6 weeks and that cost is in excess of 100 dollars each time. We will take limited applications because these dogs are always in demand.

This guy is Boo Bear. He's 12 years old and the absolute sweetest Chihuahua ever. He went on a weekend trial today, so keep your fingers crossed that he gets adopted on Monday!

Our 2nd Annual ITAV Yard Sale Fundraiser is officially on the books! Please join us Friday, July 11th and Saturday July 12th, in front of our shelter for the big event!

DONATIONS NEEDED!
If you have gently used or unused items you are willing to donate for our sale, things can be dropped off at our facility starting this Sunday, July 6th , between the hours of 130-4pm. Please make sure any clothes are washed and in good condition. No stuffed animals please. Our shelter is located at 1510 Grandview Avenue, Unit 1, in Muscatine.

Any volunteers willing to come help sort and tag next week, please reach out! Many hands make light work!

ADOPTED🐾Koda was cold, so we held her and gave her some snuggles and we put this adorable little jacket on her. This is a great example of how items that get donated are put to great use making our sweet shelter pets more comfortable. Now she’s curled up on her bed and hoping to find a new home this weekend!
