Unlike some places, you will know who is grooming your dog. I believe that an essential part of providing grooming service is building a personal relationship with my clients, so that you will receive personalized service, and never be treated like a number. The call to know that the ashes of their beloved Rocky isn’t him that he was dumped in a landfill in a trash bag to never be seen again. I pray this man gets what’s coming to him!
