Borderbrook will be closing early on Friday (likely around 2 pm). Saturday hours are possible depending on how Dr Heller is recovering from surgery, but not guaranteed yet.

It is still uncertain whether we will be open tomorrow. What is certain is that all our pets need to be protected from this weather. Bring them in, even if they hate it. Better a few days of being mad at you than dying in this! Cats, dogs, rabbits…. All of them!

As we head into the weekend with reports of alarming amounts of snow coming in, I want to remind everyone that for staff safety, Borderbrook may be closed if the roads and travel conditions are poor.

All animals WILL be cared for. But the office may not be open and appointments may be canceled.

If there is any doubt, please call to make sure that we are open before driving in.
