Christmas night began with the heartbreaking loss of three puppies, and our hearts were heavy as we tried to hold onto hope through the complications that followed.

By the grace of God, the night ended with the arrival of two healthy puppies. In the midst of sorrow, there was also relief and gratitude. Life and loss met us in the same night, reminding us just how fragile and precious these moments are.

Please keep their Mama Chanel in your prayers as she recovers.

✨ Did You Know… Welsh Fairies Rode Corgis Into Battle? 🧚‍♀️🐾

In Welsh folklore, the Tylwyth Teg (the magical Fair Folk) were believed to ride into battle on the backs of corgis! 🐶💨 Small, swift, and brave, these little dogs were the perfect companions for their fairy riders — loyal, fierce, and just the right size for a saddle.

Even the word “corgi” reflects their legend: “cor” means “dwarf” and “gi” means “dog” in Welsh. So corgi literally means “dwarf dog,” or as some like to say, “dog of the fairies.” 🌟

Look closely at the dark markings on a corgi’s shoulders — some say those are the spots where fairy saddles once rested. A little piece of magic left behind. ✨

So today, if you pass a corgi, be polite. It might not be alone… 🐾🧚‍♂️
