Frequently asked questions

What days are you open?
* We are open Tuesday-Saturday 7:30am- 4:00pm, or when the last dog leaves.

How far in advance do I need to make an appointment?

* Currently we are scheduling 1-2 weeks in advance. We may be able to accommodate last minute openings.
* To get preferred day or time, pre-book before you leave.
* We do offer reoccurring scheduling.

How often should I bring in my dog for grooming?
* We suggest every 6-8 weeks. The longer your dogs coat is, the more maintenance they will require at home or with us.

What services do you offer?
* Bath: Bath with your choice of shampoo, hand blow-out, brush-out, ear cleaning, ear hair removal, a**l gland expression, nails clipped and filed.
* Mini Groom: Bath services with add-on trimming of the face, feet, paw-pad hair and private areas.
* Full Groom: Mini groom services with the full-body haircut.
* Nail trims: either as a walk-in service, or by appointment.

Do you offer walk-in nail trims?
* Yes, walk-in nail trims are accepted Tuesday-Saturday 2:00-3:00pm for $10.

How long is my appointment?
* Appointments are quoted for 3 hours, on occasion it may take less or more time depending on service, size and condition of pet.

Do you require vaccines?
* We do require up an date rabies vaccines on file.

Can I drop off outside of my appointment time?
* We have a grace period of 10-minutes after appointment time before it may require to be rescheduled. Early drop off is limited to 30-minutes before appointment time due to limited space.

Am I required to sign the service agreement?
* Yes, copies are available by request.

Duke is excited to announce we are now able to accept new dogs 35 pounds and under. He can’t wait to meet all of his new friends!

Duke and Friends will be closed December 22nd and will reopen January 2nd for a winter break to spend time with our loved ones. We want to thank every one of you for a wonderful 2024. We hope you all have a happy and healthy holiday season, see you all in 2025!
