Prudence gave birth to 11 😳 perfect puppies. It was a long labor and we ended up needing some assistance from the vet but all in all it went well!

I am monitoring them closely and can’t wait to share them with you all too!

I will be back Monday and probably still sleep deprived! My hours are going to be a little more limited while I have these guys at home (still daily but not all 10-12 hour days).
Just wanted to share with you all!

Most of you know Prudence, she is DEFINITELY expecting puppies! They are due next week and I have time scheduled off to care for her and them. I am hoping she holds out to as close to her due date as possible.

Did I sleep last night? More like bursts of naps. This girl is LARGE and seemed quite miserable last night (when I was sick and Ian out of town naturally) and I was eyeballing her every toss and turn.
Still eating, eagerly, and normal temp this morning.

Xray day TOMORROW!

I am also now bringing my work schedule and phone home with me each night in case she decides to evict belly goblins early!

Back in the salon this week after being gone for Premier Nationals (and winning big!).

I have VERY full days scheduled, and Pru is in season so I have to make another Michigan trip.

Back in the shop today! We were out to Texas last week finally meeting my nephew. I’m swamped in the shop playing catch up but I’m getting back to messages as fast as I can! Thanks for the patience 🐾

Another great gaggle of cuties today! Annnnddd my oldest is celebrating his 13th birthday as well, it was a big day.

I am out of the shop for the rest of the week/weekend with Pru at the MidWest Classic dog show.

Updates on Pru and Morph!

Pru is fully health tested beyond the breed standard requirements, won 9 Best in Shows and was the #5 ranked standard poodle in all of UKC.

Morph sat the season out but has been getting his health testing done and is looking to have a stellar year coming up!

We love that so many of you are invested in their journeys!
There is a good chance we can share puppy updates later this year 🫢
