- Tomorrow is Easter and we hope everyone has a great day with your family. We do want to give one last caution to the idea of giving a bunny as a present. Many people think they are easy, cuddly, and do not live that long. In reality rabbits are hard work with a special diet and need room to run. While they may appear cuddly, it takes time for them to trust humans. To a bunny, a human is a giant and they want to run and hide for protection. They also can easily live over 7 to 10+ years, so unless you have the room to dedicate to a bunny, please consider a stuffed animal, delicious chocolate, or another fun toy.

To many "Easter Bunnies" end up at shelter likes our and or friends at Bunny Brigade Inc. So please if you want a bunny, first research their care on Rabbit.org, and when you are ready .
