We are operating on a lower than normal capacity this week due to Brenda and myself attending an expo to continue our education in caring for your pets. We are so excited to have our remaining team members hold things down so we can do this. We appreciate your extra patience and kindness this week and will be operating at normal capacity next week! ❤️

Thanks to Camp's uncle Bryon we were able to pick up a new play structure for the dogs. The overnight guests got to try it out and so far the feedback is good :)

One of my favorite things is watching this team grow, learn and continue to do things they are passionate about. I am so excited to introduce you to Allison and share a personal note from her about her journey to become a small animal massage practitioner. We are so proud of Allison's hard work and cannot wait for her to become certified in April!

I'm Allison, and I've been part of the Camp Canine team since 2018. While we may not have crossed paths personally, I've had the incredible joy of bonding with your adorable dogs over the past 6 years.

These dogs have not only brought immense joy into my life, but also inspired me to embark on my journey in canine massage therapy. Thanks to them, I've gained valuable insights into dog behavior, and I've fully embraced the principles of positive reinforcement training ideologies.

I'm excited to share that my experience with our four-legged friends has propelled me towards pursuing my certification as a nationally recognized Small Animal Massage Practitioner. It's been an amazing journey, and I owe a lot of it to the wonderful dogs at Camp Canine.

Massage work is a holistic approach aimed toward improving the overall mental and physical well being of our pets lives, and is a great tool to use in conjunction with professional veterinary care. Some great benefits of massage include:

Relaxes muscles to relieve soreness, tension & stiffness
Increases blood & lymphatic flow
Decreases heart rate & blood pressure
Reduces stress & tension
Improves flexibility & range of motion
Strengthens the immune system
Aids in digestion & appetite
Improves coat and skin health
Aids the healing process after injury & surgery
A huge thank you to all of you for entrusting your furry pals to us! If you ever feel that your dog could benefit from a soothing massage, I would be honored to be the friendly face providing the care they deserve. I will be finished with my schooling in April of 2024, and look forward to taking on new clients at that time.

Thank you again for being part of our Camp Canine family, and I look forward to the opportunity to pamper your precious pets with some extra love and care!

Hi everyone! We will open at 9am today

Mukilteo School District schools will begin two hours late today. Feb. 27, because of hazardous conditions. School buses will operate on limited transportation routes. There will be no out of district transportation. We'll continue to monitor conditions and, if the delay status changes, will send an update by 7 a.m.

Alternative route pick-up and drop-off locations are on the district transportation website.

The late opening of school also means that morning preschool classes have been canceled, zero-period classes have been canceled, morning classes at Sno-Isle TECH Skills Center have been canceled and ECEAP classes have been canceled.

Afternoon and evening events and activities may be held as scheduled if conditions improve today. Information about the status of those events will be announced later today.

This is our nap room for daycare dogs. Each dog gets a rest period throughout the day. This helps with over stimulation, anxiety, anger towards other dogs and calms our demand barkers. We like to play classical music and turn on a night light during their breaks. We will be hosting an open house in the Spring and can't wait for you to see everything we have been working on over the last year.
