Did you know? Dogs must be 24 months or older for OFA Hip and Elbow certification, and 12 months or older for Cardiac, Patellas, and Thyroid certification. There is no age minimum for eye certification, nor for DNA, since DNA does not change as the dog ages.

The OFA also does Preliminary evaluations on hips and elbows before 24 months of age. However, they will need to be re-evaluated again for a final certification once the dog reaches 24 months.

Individual breeds may have different minimum age requirements for their CHIC program, which is determined by their parent club.

Just wrapped up w everything at Duke …. PRAISE REPORT IS:
The neurosurgeon said tumor on the brain is Most likely NOT From Breast Cancer 🙌🏻 It is in a location that is Risky to biopsy and he would rather not biopsy it but watch it for now by re scanning in May. He is sending me to Endocrinologist to check Hormone & Thyroid Levels to air on the side of caution. My Team and I are on board with this recommendation. My Bloodwork looks better than last visit…Yay! Treatment went smooth without any complications PTL ✝️🫶🏻🙏🏻

It was sooo nice having our FIRST Vet appointment in the New Building 🥰 Everyone is Healthy 🙌🏻 They got checked from Rooter 🐽 to Tooter 💩. They received their 9way, 💉Bordetella 💉Microchips.
