Meet Sarge! This handsome guy was picked up on CR15 in Midway on 06/20/25. If you are his owner or know his owner, please contact us at 870-425-7000 (ask for animal control. If no owner is located, Sarge will be available for adoption on 06/25/25. He will be neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.

Since we opened in June of 2023, we have been able to save OVER 90% of the animals that have entered the shelter.

Thank you for sharing posts, donating, and especially adopting!! We can't thank our other local rescues enough for taking animals from us when they can to create space for us to continue to pick animals up. If we don't have the pet you are looking for, definitely contact the Humane Society of NCA, Lucky Dawg Rescue Inc, Whiskers Rescue and Have a Heart Pet Shelter! They are all doing amazing things for animals in our community and surrounding communities!!

Don't forget we are still running our Independance Day special until the end of July, adoption fees are only $4!!

Please watch for these 2 boys! They are missing from Highway 5 north near Discount Auto; last known location was over a week ago on Overhill Road. Meet Winnie! This sweet girl is available for adoption. She is a little shy at first but once she warms up, she is a purrbox that loves to be petted. She is approximately 6 months old and is spayed and up to date on her vaccinations.
