Take a look at these stunning Chahoua geckos! 🦎

Chahoua geckos (Mniarogekko chahoua) are fascinating arboreal geckos native to New Caledonia, a group of islands in the South Pacific. They are especially popular with reptile enthusiasts because of their incredible camouflage, chunky bodies, expressive faces, and unique patterns.

They are often nicknamed “Chewies” by reptile keepers. They can make excellent display animals and, with patient, gentle interaction, some become quite comfortable around people. They also have prehensile tails which help them climb branch to branch.

Check out our fascinating Leachie geckos! 🦎

We have a female (darker) and male (lighter) Leechie gecko currently and they have grown so much since we’ve had them!

The Leachianus gecko is the heavyweight giant of the gecko world. These remarkable reptiles are famous for their massive heads, thick bodies, loose textured skin, deep vocalizations, and powerful jaws.

Leachies come from New Caledonia in the South Pacific and are popular among reptile enthusiasts for their prehistoric appearance and impressive size. They are rewarding animals, but their long lifespan, enclosure needs, and sometimes defensive temperament mean that they’re better suited for experienced owners.
