Jagger's Doggie Daycare is the only dog boarding facility in Mt Vernon with 3 Pet Turf Playgrounds, 30 Security Cameras, and Ceramic Tile indoor play rooms. Jagger's is locally owned by Connie & Randy Olson, who discovered a need in the community first-hand by observing the behavior of their own Alaskan Malamute dog, Jagger, who is the namesake of the business. Many people work away from their home and leave their dog(s) home alone. This often results in various levels of separation anxiety which can be cured at Jagger's Doggie Daycare.

🐾LIMITED DAYCARE MONDAY🐾

The busy summer season continues and as such, daycare will be limited tomorrow Monday, June 15th! We do our very best to accommodate every pup that comes through our door. We also have to safely allow space for our incoming boarding doggies! The safety of the dogs in our care is our top priority. If your dog plays in group play, please bring them on in! All boarding, grooming, and training appointments will be honored as scheduled. We very much appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy summer season!

WOW! What a day, what a great turnout of pet owners together with their pets at PAWFEST on Saturday. It was a great day of events. Thanks to everyone who stopped by the Jagger’s booth for Free Giveaways and to participate in our “Kissing Booth” to benefit the Jefferson County Animal Control Shelter. SUMMER DATES FILL UP FAST
In the past week, we have had to turn away several pet owners who were seeking dog boarding for their pet. We really hate to say "No, I'm sorry there is no vacancy" but the truth is, there is a finite amount of space at Jagger's, just like there is at a hotel for humans. When we are full, we are full. Lately that has been happening much sooner with the recent closure of The Barking Lot in Centralia and the closure last year of another facility in Mt Vernon.

URGENT NOTICE: If you are planning a vacation or weekend getaway this summer, or even this Fall, NOW is the time to contact us and make your reservation. Yes, we charge a deposit to reserve your Suite, much like a hotel will do. Call us at (618) 316-7021 or stop by and see us at 414 Main Street in Mt Vernon.

We have (5) different sizes of Kennel Suites to choose from (subject to availability) to meet your needs. EVERY dog is required to be current on all vaccinations. Proof from your Veterinarian must be provided. This policy is to ensure the safety of each dog in our care, including your pet. Boarding dogs are all able to take advantage of our turf playgrounds and cool tile indoor play rooms. Thank you for choosing Jagger's to be your dog's home away from home.
