Erika Stafford recommends Missouri D&N Lovebird Aviary.

I recently got a lovebird from Dennis and it was a great experience! Dennis is extremely knowledgeable and happy to teach. He gave me several options of available birds and I picked a beautiful Dutch blue lovebird. All of his birds are hand raised and very tame, including the one I received. Dennis was even willing to meet me halfway to shorten my drive! I've found my new pet to be extremely social the bonding process was very easy!

Yesterday was a day I experienced joy and sadness. Ericka from Kansas City was wanting a companion love bird. One of my hand fed Dutch Blue's was her choice. This love bird and I had grow together and displayed a trust we shared. This was exactly what Erica wanted to experience for herself. So she pick up the love bird and followed up with this reply after getting home. He is very gentle and adjusting very well to his new environment.

"NEW POLICY CONCERNING PURCHASES"
If you are really looking for a companion bird we will have to discuss over the phone what you are expecting and looking for in your bird. I will only consider selling the bird after the interview process. This is going to be something I will also do in the future with all my young baby birds.
