🌊 Summer Series Continues – Paddle Board Lessons & Pack Paddles! 🏄‍♀️🐾

Our goal is simple: to get more people out enjoying Pack Paddling! That's why we've discounted our beginner sessions and group paddles for the rest of the summer.

🛶 30-Minute Beginner Board Orientation
By Appointment Only

Perfect for first-time paddlers!

* Lake Cavanaugh: Meet at Rocket Dog Academy by 6:00 PM. Caravan departs at 6:15 PM, or meet us at the Lake Cavanaugh Boat Ramp. (Limited cell service—please know the location or follow us from Rocket Dog.)

* Clear Lake/Lake McMurray: Meet at Rocket Dog Academy by 6:15 PM. Caravan departs at 6:30 PM, or meet us at the boat launch.

* $40 – Bring your own paddle board and gear.
* $60 – We provide the paddle board and equipment.

🐾 Private Lessons on the Lake
Schedule a private lesson for yourself, your family, friends, or you and your dog.

* $120 – Private lesson (equipment included)

Penelope and Rip are enjoying supervised playtime during Fido Fit Day Training.

At Rocket Dog Academy, we make time for dogs to simply be dogs. They can run, socialize, explore, and enjoy play time while our team supervises to keep everyone safe.

Along with playtime, dogs receive structured training, exercise, and mental stimulation throughout the day. This helps build confidence, improve behavior, and reinforce the skills they are learning.

Wednesday’s Rocket Dog Recall Drills had these pups working through distance, distractions, obstacles, and real-life recall challenges. 🐾

We ended class with a place pyramid and duration exercise, putting their focus, patience, and impulse control to the test. Tough work, but these good dogs did an amazing job! 🐕👏

Join us every Wednesday at 6:00 PM for our Rocket Dog Learning Labs, where you and your dog can practice real-world skills, build confidence, and strengthen teamwork.

When introduced safely and used appropriately, treadmill work can be a great way to help dogs burn excess energy, enjoy structured exercise, and build focus and confidence. It’s also especially helpful when weather limits outdoor activity.

Every dog is different, so treadmill training should always be introduced gradually and with proper guidance.
