Every season is a season of change.

Fall teaches us it’s ok to let go. 🍂

Winter reminds us to pause and refuel.

As I’m wrapping up another season of fresh cuts and hundreds of bundles out the door, I want to shout out a big thank you to my incredible customers that have supported my passion and cheered me on all season - making it work one bloom at a time.

Now it’s time to pause and fill my own cup.

Feeling GRATEFUL!

One year ago today, our world stopped when we learned our granddaughter—just eight days old—had a life-threatening brain bleed.

The days that followed were filled with fear, prayer, and an unshakable hope that she would keep fighting.

And fight she did.

She’s still reaching for her milestones, each one a reminder of just how far she’s come.

Her gentle spirit, her light, and her quiet strength inspire us every single day.

We are beyond grateful for the chance to love her, to watch her grow, and to witness the miracle that she is.

Johnie is our little warrior — brave, beautiful, and stronger than we could have ever imagined. 💛

She she is the light and the spirit that reminds me every day, that we can do hard things!

🍂They turn brilliant, they fall, they rest… and somehow come back even stronger.

Maybe that’s the reminder needed for now.

Change isn’t loss. It shows up as a loss of habits, roles, relationships, or identities that once defined us.

Even when something isn’t serving us anymore, it’s familiar — and familiarity feels like safety.

So maybe it’s not change we fear — maybe it’s the becoming the change that takes courage to fall. 🍁

The backlight of sunshine hits different when you know frosty days are ahead. 🌤️

As light fades early, flowers can always be a light. A little warmth, a little color, a soft reminder that beauty still blooms - even when the world feels so big, so broken and so cold.

They lift, they glow, they whisper “we’ve got this”.

A little bouquet for the sweetest guy.

I got a request for a last minute bouquet for a homecoming proposal.

He picked out the flowers and the lines…it went like, “I’d be blooming happy if you’d go to Homecoming with me”

Be still Momma heart 🥰 days like this compliment my purpose. So grateful.

Friends there is still time, proposal flowers locally grown.

Followed by homecoming hand held bouquets and matching bouts!

Dm to reserve yours!

This reminds me that we’re sitting on the edge of summer. Late mornings, softer skies, and a layer of fog that blankets the field.

This is when the blooms blush a little deeper in a merge of two seasons.

Just like the garden, we grow best in the in-between places—where change isn’t rushed,

While the colors mingle and remind us that transition can be both tender and strong.

Here’s to savoring the shift, finding beauty in the blend, and allowing ourselves to bloom into what’s next 🌿✨

Seasons come and seasons go.

She’s the cutest little cupcake!

Meet Cupcake Cosmo 🌸 — the sweetest little show-stopper in this week’s market bouquets.

Could be cute enough to eat, but way better in your vase!

Out of the garden, into the tide.

Garden love and constant grind leads me to meet up with a saltwater reset.

I’ll be back and blooming stronger - as an FYI …

💕Dahlia Days are here, and late-summer-to-fall subscriptions are in the forecast.

See ya next week 😘

Have you ever wondered how a flower earns her name ?

Sometimes I stare at a bloom and wonder about the hands and hearts that named it- or how wacky the story maybe (hello corncockle).

Was it after a botanist, a poet, a place, or a memory too sweet to keep quiet?

There’s a kind of magic in a name—and the stories they might hold.

And maybe that’s the thing about flowers… they make us wonder.

And that wonder brings us back to beauty, again and again.

Sweet pea “Nimbus” sounds more like a cloud with a latte order.

But here she is—frilly, moody, and stealing the season, while swooping me into her mystery.

🌸Let me know… What’s a flower name you’ve always loved—or one you’ve always wondered about?
