We know that where there is facebook there will always be someone who has something negative to say about any business. Apparently we are the target this time around. So instead of arguing with someone on fb, we are deciding to go in a different direction. We will post here and go on. We groomed a puppy back in July . We did what we thought the owner wanted. Not a lot off and definitely not a lot off it’s head. The puppy looked adorable, the owner was upset. We tried to make it right and gave her a discount on the groom,$20 off. Still she feels there is a need to bash us anyway on a fb public group page that we shaved him, we did not. I’m not sure anything we could have done would have made the owner happy. But this is what I can say, I can tell you that our groomer is very talented, but most importantly she is kind and compassionate with every dog that comes in the door. Grooming is not for the faint of heart , we take pride in every groom we do. We truly appreciate every customer we have, there are so many positives feedbacks that when we see a negative it just simply makes us sad. We are just a small business trying to provide a good service to our amazing clients.
I’ll post the photo of the dog below, bc we stand by our groomer and she did a wonderful job with this sweet baby. If you’re a customer, do us a favor and go give us a positive feedback on our page.
