🐾💔 The X-Rays Are Heartbreaking. Their Future Doesn't Have to Be. 💔🐾
Right now, HATS is caring for three dogs with devastating orthopedic injuries, and we need your help.
Bada Bing and Bada Boom, two young puppies, came into our care with severe fractures affecting their hind legs and hips. Both will require specialized surgical care to give them the best chance at living comfortable, pain-free lives.
We are also caring for Maddie, a young mix with a broken front leg. Faced with the reality of extensive medical costs, her owner made the heartbreaking decision to surrender a beloved pet so Maddie could receive the treatment she needs and deserves.
The attached X-rays show just how serious these injuries are. What they don't show is the resilience behind them. Despite everything they've been through, these dogs still greet us with wagging tails, hopeful eyes, and endless trust.
While we are still awaiting final treatment plans, we know their surgeries and ongoing medical care will cost thousands of dollars. We'll continue to share updates as these three begin their journey toward healing.
As a nonprofit shelter, we never want finances to be the reason an animal goes without necessary care. When animals arrive injured and hurting, we do everything we can to help—but we can't do it alone.
