Acupuncture is soooo relaxing… just ask Frankie 😴🐾

Many pets become incredibly calm during their treatments, and some even take a nap! Acupuncture can help support comfort, mobility, healing, and overall wellness for your pet. 💙

As spring kicks into full gear in Mount Pleasant, it’s more important than ever to stay on top of year-round flea, tick, and heartworm prevention 🐾🌿

Here in the Lowcountry, these parasites aren’t just a seasonal problem, they can be active all year long thanks to our warm, humid climate. Keeping your pet on a consistent prevention plan is one of the simplest and most effective ways to protect their long-term health.

There are several options available to fit your pet’s lifestyle, including monthly all-in-one preventatives like Credelio Quattro, as well as long-lasting injectable options and other tailored prescriptions. Every pet is different, and we’re here to help you find the right fit.

📞 Call any of our three clinics and we’ll get your pet started on the prevention plan that works best for them:

Pups are practically busting down the door to get in 🐶💨

We love creating an environment where pets feel excited (or at least very comfortable!) to come see us. Making vet visits a positive experience is always our goal.

Every pet that walks through our doors brings a little personality with them, and we love getting to know every single one. 🐶🐱

Their quirks, their routines, their favorite treats…it’s what makes caring for them so much fun.

April is Canine Fitness Month, the perfect time to focus on keeping your dog strong, active, and injury-free 🐾💪

At Shuler Veterinary Clinic, we offer physical therapy and sports conditioning to help dogs stay in peak shape, whether they’re competing in agility, dock diving, or just living their best active life. Different activities can put stress on different parts of the body, so proper conditioning is key to preventing injury.

Even if your dog isn’t an athlete, fitness still matters. “Weekend warriors” (dogs who are less active during the week but go all out on weekends) are actually more prone to injury without proper conditioning.

We also support safe and effective weight loss programs, combining proper nutrition with gradual, guided exercise to build strength, stamina, and overall health.

Whether your goal is performance, prevention, or weight management, we’re here to help your pet feel their best. 💙

Helping your pet move better, feel better, and live better 🐾💙

At Shuler Veterinary Clinic, we’re proud to offer canine physical rehabilitation and integrative therapies as part of modern veterinary care. These services are designed to reduce pain, improve mobility, and enhance your pet’s overall quality of life, whether they’re recovering from surgery, healing from an injury, or managing chronic conditions like arthritis.

Canine Physical Rehabilitation helps restore strength, improve range of motion, and support proper healing, especially after surgery or for senior pets needing extra support.

Acupuncture is a gentle, effective therapy that helps rebalance the body and promote natural healing. Many pets find it so relaxing, they even fall asleep during treatment. 😴

Integrative Therapy combines traditional medicine with advanced modalities like laser therapy, e-stim, therapeutic ultrasound, treadmill exercises, and more, creating a customized plan tailored to your pet’s needs at every stage of healing.

These therapies can make a meaningful difference in your pet’s comfort, mobility, and daily life.

✨ Proudly offered at , part of Animal Hospitals of the Lowcountry.

Courtesy Post: At approximately 8:25pm my dog Kai (sable German shepherd) ran out the front door. Last seen on Ware Bottom Lane off Whipple Road. He’s epileptic and it says so on his collar, he had just had a seizure at 8:05pm so was given medications that make him look “drunk” when he walks.

He needs to be closely monitored as he’s had 2 seizures today. If you see him he is friendly, just scared. My phone number is 518-281-7503. Text or call anytime if found.
