As we move out of the weekend and into our week - try to smile often at your canine family member. Smile when you're training them, walking with them, feeding them, calling them to "come" - it makes a difference to your pet and hopefully will improve your mood too. :)

🐾 AKC CGC & CGCA Evaluations Coming to Greenville! 🐾

Have you ever wondered how your dog would do on the AKC Canine Good Citizen test?

Whether you've trained in classes, worked at home, or just have a dog with manners you're proud of, this is a fun opportunity to put those skills to the test.

📅 SUNDAY, June 14
⏰ 3:00–5:00 PM
📍 Alan G. Davis Park, Greenville

✔ CGC (Canine Good Citizen)
✔ CGCA (Community Canine)
✔ $20 per evaluation
✔ Mixed breeds welcome
✔ AKC registration NOT required

Many people think the CGC is only for show dogs or competition dogs. It isn't. It's simply a nationally recognized evaluation that demonstrates your dog can behave politely and safely in everyday situations.

Dogs may complete both evaluations the same day, schedule permitting.

🔥 We'll also be joined by Michelle Lehr of Intentional Canine, who will have her quality freeze-dried treats and toppers available for purchase.

Local nosework friends: an evening of playing nosework games competitively but all in good fun! Location is nicely shaded to keep human & dog cool. The games were created by dog trainers, Michael & Natalie McManus. Prizes are all scentwork related! Maximum of 8 teams. Registration is open.
