Hello everyone!

I have some exciting news for my business; I'm trialing a new platform called PetPocketbook.

PetPocketbook is a platform that offers a suite of online and mobile tools that allows me to access and manage client information, appointment scheduling, and billing all in one place, even when I am on the go.

With PetPocketbook, you'll be able to pay via credit/debit card through your PetPocketbook invoices, which will be emailed to you at the end of each billing period (please note that payments made via PetPocketbook will be subject to a 5% service fee). You will also be able to set up AutoPay (so you can set it and forget it!), access your bills and payment records, and manage your appointments through your PetPocketbook pet parent account.

**** Please note that we will still accept Venmo, Zelle, cash, or check payments with no service fees.

PetPocketbook is hosted on Amazon Web Services, alongside the likes of Netflix, Spotify, and Expedia, and uses Amazon’s secure socket layer encryption technology to ensure the security of our data and prevent unauthorized access. PetPocketbook does not store any financial data such as your credit card or bank information; instead, they pass this data through to Stripe for payment processing. Lyft, Instacart, and Amazon are just a few companies that also entrust Stripe with their users’ financial data.

Essentially, this new system is to help make my life easier & yours!

I have already begun the process of reaching out to some of you to inform y’all of this change. However, I wanted to post herein case you have not heard from me.

ALL CURRENT CLIENTS & POTENTIAL CLIENTS WHO WOULD LIKE TO USE MY SERVICES IN THE FUTURE: I'd like to make sure I have your most up-to-date information in the new system. If you could complete this Google form, that would be great! It should take less than 2 minutes to complete & you don't need a Google account to fill it out.

Please let me know if you have any questions! This is an exciting change for me and will help me to expand and become more organized with scheduling, billing, etc.

Hey y’all! Merry Christmas 🎄❤️ this is one of my busiest times of the year as folks are traveling to spend time with their families and need help with their fur babies. I’m TIRED but I love what I do and am so happy to spoil all the pets!

I do have a bit of an announcement; I have been going at it alone for many years now as the sole owner and operator of Molly’s. Full transparency here- I am a perfectionist. I do things a certain way and I strive for only THE best pet care. But I’ve recently learned, despite wanting to, I can’t do it all by myself. And thus here comes the exciting news:

I hired someone!!

Everybody meet Helga; she will be who I recommend when I am not able to be in multiple places at once ha!

I had the pleasure of walking this sweet hound, Abu, tonight! Every Thursday from 6-7pm brings dogs from their shelter to Sullivan’s Island for a beach walk. This is a great opportunity for the babies to get out of the kennel, stretch their legs, and experience the beach (some for the first time!!). I will definitely be back to walk more pups and I encourage all of my Charleston friends to do the same!!

Lab love!!! I might be slightly biased in my love towards labs thanks to growing up with the sweetest yellow named Sadie & to our current family dog, Finn the goofball😜🥰 But they are all such good boys & girls!! 🥰🐾💗

Hey folks! Happy 2024 🥳 looking forward to another year of spending quality time with all my furry friends❤️ 2023 was so good to me & I couldn’t have done it without the love and support of all my clients and their wonderful pets. I so appreciate you all!! I love what I do & it’s because I get to work for some amazing people (and I might be biased, but some of the best dogs & cats out there too!!)
