Job description
We are a veterinary owned, mobile pet grooming service based out of Newark, Ohio. We mostly serve Licking County, but also travel to Perry, Fairfield and Franklin Co on occasion. We are looking to add an additional groomer to our team. As a groomer you will be responsible for driving the 24' grooming unit to clients homes and performing full service grooms on their pets (mostly dogs, but sometimes cats). There are also options for owners to bring pets to the unit for grooming as well. The grooming unit has on board Wifi, so the groomer is also responsible for cashing out clients (Venmo, Square, Cash/Check) and client communications (Facebook messenger, the grooming unit iPhone). Training is not totally required, but those with training will likely be prioritized as we work through applications. Anyone with animal experience is encouraged to apply. Vet assistants, vet techs, doggy daycare attendants etc would all be considered as well.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 36 per week
