Progress Residential’s Attorney finally called mine! Only took a week where everything I own is festering in the disgusting mess of toxic mold AND “Rodent Waste & ick”
They want me to stop posting. It’s making Management “Angry”
GOOD.
They probably want me to sign a General Waiver.
So let me make this clear. That is NOT happening. For the Landlord/Tenant piece of this horror I want them to:
1. Clean my belongings correctly using a reputable company & bring them to my apartment.
2. Compensate me for the things that have to be thrown away due to the mold & Rodent pee/pool & carcasses I’m the walls. Did you know that when you have an outbreak of toxic mold that is left as unchecked as long as this was, you have to throw away all of your bedding, all pillows of any kind. All baskets, all mattresses, any couch that is fabric. Anything that’s made of leather. And get this: ALL BABY THINGS.
(So my granddaughter is three months old. At my house I have a hand stitched quilt I made before she was born. Guess where it is now????? I’ll add a photo of that handstitching that she will never see. I worked months on that quilt. Garbage because Progress Residential is a horrible company.) 
3. Give back 100% of my deposit.
4. No Gen waiver.
That is just to clean up the mess THEY made. Just as I have told the truth in social media now, I will tell the truth if they do that.
As to former promises made to me by Josh Brice:
1. I want the rent for the upstairs square footage back since move in-like Josh Brice said would happen. It was always unusable due to the broken AC. Even after they finally replaced the air ducts in the attic that were chewed up by rats, it’s still didn’t cool up there. 
2. Compensation for the power bills jacked up by their massive dryers & now air cleaners. As he said would happen. I’m not even staying in that house, my belongings are destroyed, but guess who’s paying the power bill for the remediation that they are doing in that house which is spewing filth even further into my belongings.
ME!
(Sudenote-I asked a vendor for a cleaning quote on a few things. One of them was a brown box with my mothers ashes in it. Guess what? No one can find it. I can’t go in there.
These as****es don’t care one bit about my belongings. This is my HOME!!!!  Strange men are traipsing in and out. I guarantee they are stealing my belongings.
Progress doesn’t ask me anymore they just do it. I feel like I’m living in a country where I have no rights.)
That settles the landlord/tenant. That and nothing less.
But the negligence is not going to end with this.
There isn't much you could come to me with if it's not those things. Or monetary equivalent. Don’t bother.
I'm just getting started. I can sit on this for years and just keep telling the truth and gathering more and more people who hate this company. More horror stories.
Blocking their new ppl from signing.
People are coming out of the woodwork like the rats in my death house to support this cause.
We will start paying for National ads next week. And adding TikTok, Instagram & X (Aka Twitter)
And certainly things they said did not make me want to stop. It made me even more determined.
