Happy Friday folks! A little update on Atticus.

Unfortunately Atticus' mom was a victim of "The Great Verizon Black Out of 2026" and while traveling to drop off her boy Verizon went down causing her to get lost in the woods for nearly an hour. Apparently the rough roads caused Atticus to throw up in her new car so she called it quits and went home. We will try to get him back for training in February. 🙃 Meanwhile, enjoy this video of a day in the life ❤️

Hey! You may have noticed the uptick in postings here on the page. For the new year I thought it would be cute, informative and give my services the opportunity to reach more pet parents in need. We'll y'all even I am annoyed with seeing it daily. I am not a big social media person in general but thought I'd try something new. I believe I can comfortably post 3-4 times a week to accomplish my goals here.

While you're here let me know what kind of content you would like to see ie: behavior modification, training tips, health and dietary, housetraining, mouthing, sleeping through the night tips and tricks, ect.

Dogs don’t follow words. They read energy through the nose, the eyes, and the body.
That’s why excessive talking or praising, especially during tension, creates more confusion instead of calm.
Silence, paired with calm touch, communicates safety at a deeper, instinctual level and helps reduce anxiety before it escalates.

What you pet and what you feed you create, nurture and reinforce You are telling your dog, "YES! Do more of that!" When we gain a little self control so will they :)

Nearly all behavior issues can be solved by building your dogs focus and engagement. If you are in puppy adolescents you may think your puppy has forgotten all it's training but trust me its still there! When your puppy comes in to the ReSet program the first thing I do is get your puppys eye contact back on me by playing several games like the ones listed below. The more we focus on them they focus on us!
