we are in urgent need for a new air conditioner for our animals. We were using our previous one and one of our beloved dogs was so petrified of storms, took it out of our window and jumped out the window, but luckily he came to our front door. We could use any help trying to get this new unit as it is too hot for them to be without. We have it saved on our wish list on Amazon and are happy to take any other unit. this is just the one we found that was the most reasonable.

Foster for Violet has a scheduled trip and needs a temporary foster for Violet. Can Anyone help? She is currently in the Fort Mill/Charlotte area. Everything is provided just need her a safe place for a week.

Please say hi to a couple sick babies we have taken in. We could desperately use some supplies for these kittens. No item off our list is to small. We are starting treatment for everyone and looking for rescue that might either want to step in to help or a medical foster to help with even one or two kittens. We currently have 20 kittens under our care between current fosters and our own home.

Supplies are greatly appreciated and always in demand.

Update a preinvoice is in the comments, depending on if anything further is found could be more.

Remember Violet previously Myrtle who came from Chesterfield County Shelter from the euthanasia list, who was High heartworm positive and health was not doing well.

She is thriving in foster and is going today for her spay. She has completed her slow kill heartworm treatment as of today.

She is getting spayed today but is also have a growth removed from her mouth, dental cleaning and teeth removed. She has not been treated great in her previous life but with her current foster mom she is getting all the care she needs.

We are asking for prayers and donations today to help cover her bill. We are unsure of her cost at Sandy Memorial Animal Hospital but will update when we know. Her spay runs about $200, dental is about $150, growth removal probably about $200 and depending on how many teeth need pulled that is an added cost. So every dollar counts.

Over this past week we have been able to spay 8 females!!! 7 of those 8 were in heat, 1 of them was pregnant, all are now fixed and ending their vicious cycle of kittens!!!!

We want to give a huge thank you to Susie Summers Watson for reaching out to us but also helping end the cycles of kittens at her neighborhood. We can do things together, it just one person makes this happen.

We will continue to help make a difference to this county one at a time but your help is needed!!!

A late post but good news!!!

Friday we were able to transport with a good friend of ours to our northern rescue 13. ore kittens and one momma cat. We sometimes forget to get pictures of the transport in progress due to things getting crazy.
Here are some of the lucky babies who got a chance.
Thank you everyone who helps make this possible, the community for stepping up and taking care of the kittens till we can find them placement.
